Outstanding customer service.

Received my new Hane and fished it the next day. Great balance and cast Florida size flies with ease. Set the hook on a decent sized bluegill and the 7th section snapped. I can only assume that it was a defect since the size of the fish was well under a good size trout in moving water.
Called immediately and had the new section in hand 3 days later. Thank goodness since am leaving for Virginia to fish for a month next week. Thanks TUSA for the great service and product.
