Panfish cocktail

Gutted and scaled, boil whole fish until cooked. Then, using a fork, strip the meat off and into a seafood cocktail glass, mix in desired vegetables, chopped onion, cilantro, avocado, whatever suits your taste, stir it up, chill and serve.

A great way to utilize those fish that are too small to effectively fillet or cook whole.
